BUNKIT™ Return Policy
BUNKIT products* have a 60-day return period (from delivery date) with a 15% restocking fee from the sale price of the product being returned. All returned merchandise must have an RMA#. To request an RMA#, contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The products must be returned in like-new condition and will be inspected to ensure like-new condition. Additional fees may be applied for damaged or missing items.
If the customer chooses to cancel their purchase before the product is shipped, they will receive a full refund, minus the $150 deposit, if applicable. If the customer cancels their purchase after the product has been shipped, the regular refund policy (see above) will be applied.

Nutrient Survival Food Storage Return Policy
BUNKIT does not ship the Exclusive Food Storage option from Nutrient Survival with your Ultimate Survival Kit. When that food option is selected, Nutrient Survival will ship a pallet from their state-of-the-art facility in Reno, Nevada. This ensures you have the newest batches of their patented, nutrient-rich, non-GMO, organic food with a 25-year shelf life canned in No. 10 cans.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return the pallet of food, you may do so by contacting us at email@example.com and obtaining an RMA#. The customer is responsible for shipping the food back to Nutrient Survival. The food must be received by Nutrient Survival within 30 days of the original delivery date. The refund will be the price paid for the item, less a 15% restocking fee for an unopened, undamaged product. Additional fees may be deducted from the refund for missing or used food. If the order is canceled before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged Products Policy
If the product is damaged during shipping, customer support must be notified within 72 hours of delivery and images of the damage must be provided. If the customer qualifies, BUNKIT will issue a product replacement. Depending on the item, a return label with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be provided by BUNKIT. The customer must return the defective product within 30 days of the original delivery date or they will be charged for the new product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All non-consumable items in your BUNKIT Survival Kit are covered by a lifetime manufacturer defects warranty. In order for the warranty to apply, the item must be in like new condition, excluding the defect. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with photo or video evidence of the defective item. Whether or not the item is covered under warranty is under full discretion of BUNKIT. If the item is covered, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer at no cost to the customer. If the item is not in like new condition (excluding the defect), BUNKIT is still more than happy to replace the item at cost to the customer.
We know a lifetime limited warranty may tempt you not to open your BUNKIT Survival Kit until an emergency occurs. However, please check your BUNKIT Survival Kit immediately upon arrival so that any defective items can be replaced right away. That way, you can have true peace of mind knowing that you can Survive Anything™.
Shipping is free for all orders of any size or amount in the continental U.S. Hawaii, Alaska, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico have small additional shipping charges shown in the checkout. International shipping is available and priced accordingly to save you the most money possible. We ship to every country that will allow our products to be sold. Some examples of countries we cannot ship to due to the contents of the kits are: Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, China, etc.
All items are shipped in the order that they are received. We use UPS for most shipments, and you can manage your delivery through their portal once the item has shipped. During the pre-order phase, shipping will be expected in July. Once stock is caught up, items will be shipped from our warehouse in no more than 3 business days. All shipments to customers are from Utah, USA.
Webinar Pre-Order Price Lock Deposit
When you make a $150 deposit through the webinar, the webinar discount pricing is locked for 6 months. The deposit amount will be put towards the customer’s later purchase. The deposit is 100% refundable if the customer contacts BUNKIT within 90 days of the deposit (and before they make a purchase) stating that they want a refund.
When the customer chooses one of the BUNKIT Survival Kits and makes a purchase, 50% of the cost is due at the time of purchase. The other 50% is automatically charged 2 months later.

Some images found on bunkit.com are temporary stand-in images and may not completely match the finished product. Images compared to the finished product may have minor differences in color, shape, size, or brand. If a name-brand item is being included in the kit, the brand will be specifically mentioned. All of the items listed will be included for their respective product even if there is a slight difference in appearance. All items chosen to be included in the BUNKIT Survival Kits have passed rigorous testing and are of the highest quality.

BUNKIT hereby acknowledges that we will maintain all applicable PCI DSS requirements to the extent that we possess or otherwise store, process, or transmit the customer’s cardholder data or sensitive authentication data, or manage the customer’s cardholder data environment on behalf of a customer.
